The brainchild of Empower Yoga (Bristol) and The One Mile Bakery (Cardiff), Stretch + Knead is a totally new concept in wellbeing classes and retreats. Uniting the restorative and personally enriching power of both yoga and baking, Stretch + Knead is all about the luxury of taking time out of our crazily busy schedules for expert tuition in two fields which are wonderfully complementary. Whether you are stretching into a pose in yoga, or kneading bread dough to make a gorgeous handmade loaf, the cares of the day just melt away and you can’t help but focus on the moment. And both practices, taught in small groups and with the emphasis on fun as you learn, will leave you feeling amazing. Classes are suitable for any level of ability in both baking and yoga.
